While the problem is not fixed, per se, it's worked around. So I'm back-ish.
Wall-E. (Potential spoliers ahead)
Oh. My. Goodness.
THIS. IS. SHINY.
SHINY SHINY SHINY SHINY SHINY SHINY SHINY SHINY.
I've seen Wall-E twice now, and I have a few things to say.
It is absolutely heartbreakingly beautiful. Seriously, the first time through I CRIED because of how beautiful the space scenes were.
The second time, I cried because of the plot.
I just... I don't have the words.
The characters are well developed, well written, and fantastic. Seriously, Wall-E himself is adorable, curious, intelligent, and tenacious. Eve is brilliant, often exasperated at Wall-E, and amazing. M-O is the cutest cleaner on two wheels, and the dysfunctional crowd are just plain comedic.
And that's just the robots.
The captain goes from frustrated with his lot to curious, intelligent, and responsible. John goes from slightly hapless to vividly engaged. Mary goes from oblivious to observant in one fell swoop, engaged and engaging in her own way.
The plot is just... AMAZING. The romance is heartbreaking and uplifting. The "bad guys" are just doing their job (Well, the ones that are actually present and not in video...). The good guys are heroic, tenacious, and stronger than they think they are. Wall-E remains his curious, intriguing, ingraciating, friendly, trusting self throughout.
The most heartbreaking scene is at the end.
IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED WALL-E, SERIOUSLY, LOOK AWAY NOW.

Okay, when Eve has to put Wall-E back together? And then he doesn't remember anything?
My heart just breaks. I'm crying thinking about it.
Pixar, Kudos to you. I can see why you didn't leave Wall-E like that, because quite frankly you'd probably be lynched, but taking off of that would make a great fanfic. (That I DON'T have time to write.)

The SOUND is amazing. The music is awesome. The inclusion of the Hello, Dolly! tape was a stroke of genius. Speaking of which - THAT OPENING! Oh my. <3 <3 <3 <3 HEAAAART.
As for the animation, I don't know where to begin. It was flawless. It was bloody brilliant. It was heartbreakingly beautiful.

For anyone who hasn't seen Wall-E and is still reading, WATCH THROUGH THE CREDITS. Seriously. The first time I missed them, but the second time...
Again. Heartbreakingly beautiful work.
And someone had FAR too much fun with pixel art!
